The Best in Ann Arbor, Michigan

If you’re planning on coming to Ann Arbor, Michigan (Which we suggest at the end of Summer/beginning of Fall) us Vagababe’s highly recommend staying at the newly renovated Weber’s Inn Boutique Hotel. With 80 years and counting in a family-owned and operated full-service Hotel, Restaurant, Banquet and Conference property, this boutique hotel knows what’s up!

We have never been greeted so positively than at Weber’s. The check-in was seamless. Our spacious room faced the indoor pool/bar area with a door that lead out to a balcony and spiral staircase for easy access to the pool. The door must have been sound proof, once closed you were sealed off from the noise of the pool area. Altogether a really cool, unique feature to the room!

The luxurious bathroom was a stand out for us! Double sinks, perfect lighting (for putting on makeup!), an in-mirror feature you could sync your phone up to, to play music was an extra little surprise! The shower had 2 shower heads one an overhead rain shower which felt like heaven. The room featured a cozy oversized chair, a tv, and a large bed that you sink into, we haven’t slept that well in a long time!

In Ann Arbor, location is key as you want to have access to the downtown area or the University of Michigan depending on the purpose of your stay. Weber’s Inn is only a short 7 minute (or Taxi ride) to downtown Ann Arbor with a plethora of places to dine-in, booze up or hit the dance floor. Or a 9 minute drive to the University of Michigan Stadium for Wolverine Football tailgating! This Boutique, family owned Hotel is perfect for a visit to Ann Arbor, a staycation, a wedding reception, company event, or to just visit their delicious restaurant!

Hungry? How’s Italian?

At Mani Osteria & Bar you can share a pizza (or a few) with the table. They are to die for! Starving? Grab the Charred Octopus appetizer with some cocktails – you won’t be sorry.

Looking to grab a cocktail?

Mash is your spot. This swanky basement is stocked with your favorite whiskey. You can check out a live band here as well!

Live shows?

The Ark is quite the experience. It’s definitely not the typical concert venue (standing around dancing) but more of an intimate, sit-down 400 seat venue when you can enjoy genres from folk to roots music. Trevor Hall had us vibin’, for sure.

Looking for a beer garden?

Bill’s Beer Garden is the place on post-football game day. Grab yourself a pitcher of beer and some yummy Latin cuisine from the food trucks. You’ve been warned though – it usually gets packed on a nice day!
